Crankshaft
Overhung Crankshaft with replaceable Bushing Crank Pin. The crankshaft is balanced precisely and fitted with ball bearings.
Connecting Rod
Connecting Rods are one piece with solid end construction and do not require any adjustment.
Piston
Piston are made of Alluminium / Cast Iron and balanced for smooth running. Pistons have compression rings and oil control rings for better efficiency of the compressor.
Cylinder
Special graded cast iron deep finned cylinders for quick heat dissipation.
Valve
Finger Valves and Concentric Ring Valves are made of high quality stainless steel. All the valves are very easy to desmantle for servicing
Inter Cooler
Inter coolers are made of copper tubes to achive better heat decipation.
